New from Vault-Tec is the Vault Assisted Targeting System, or V.A.T.S. for short. The V.A.T.S. allows any indiviudal with a Vault-Tec or RobCo. brand Pip-Boy to utilize a unique and innovative system to target any creature or person that may wish them bodily harm.

 

When engaged V.A.T.S will display all the vital areas of the targets body. Included in the display is a percentage that determines how likely an attack is to hit the target.

 

For example, if an individual is targeting a Super Mutant's head and the percentage shows 34% then that individual has a 34% chance of successfully hitting the target.

 

Vault-Tec anticipates that V.A.T.S. will change the way Wastelanders function in the Wasteland. It will increase chances of survival significantly.
